Dave has more than 30 years of experience in Public and Private industry including Public Accounting. In his years of public accounting he led audit engagements for a diverse array of businesses. He also held Controller positions in the Real Estate Industry prior to co-founding Kastner Accounting & Consulting Services Inc. where he serves as a Fractional CFO for his clients.

Annette spent the last four years of her career as CFO for a Mid-Market National Real Estate Firm. She has lead large and small teams, handled Insurance Placement, Multistate Registrations, Legal Matters, Insurance\Risk Management, and Human Resources in many of her roles. Annette also sits on the Board for the charity KidsToo.org and is on the Chicago Advisory Board for CFO Leadership Council.

Kate has 20 years of work experience primarily in the real estate and hospitality industries, working for both public and private companies. She has built and developed high performing teams, streamlined and automated operations, developed loyal relationships with investors, vendors and third party operators. Kate's financial reporting experience includes development, operations and fund accounting reporting. She also has a deep understanding of real estate industry operations. Kate is experienced in implementing ERP systems and project management software with interfaces to existing accounting systems. In addition, Kate has overseen external audits and lender reporting as well as the Treasury Management function.

As an associate with Kastner Accounting & Consulting, Patrick works with a variety of clients handling various aspects of financial reporting, data analytics, and financial planning. Patrick is currently a Junior at Michigan Technological University where he has consitantly made the Dean's list. He is double majoring in Accounting and Management Information Systems with a concentration in data analytics. In addition, Patrick is a student athlete member of the Michigan Tech Football team playing running back and special teams. Patrick will pursue his CPA and MBA upon completion of his undergraduate studies next year.
